NBRC can in collaboration with a QS produce a cost plan in line with the design intent of the project. Once produced NBRC will through it’s financial division undertake financial modelling to provide the client with a 5 year P & L projection and provide the client with ROI calculations to assist the client in procuring the required finance for the project.
Design
NBRC have an internal Design Team with capability of producing a series of designs to interpret the vision of the client. They can also formulate innovative themes that will bring such vision to light.
