NBRC have over 30 years experience in delivering projects in the Leisure / Entertainment space. They can provide construction management services to bring a project from a greenfield stage through to final delivery of the completed project;

NBRC are experienced in providing an integrated design service to meet the expectations and requirements of the client, design the architecture and provide contracting services through their network of Contractors, consultants and interior designers to work within the client’s budget and reasonable timeframe;

NBRC have the full capability of producing full tender documentation, assist in the selection of a Principal contractor and then value engineer the design to achieve the most cost effective outcome;

NBRC work with a range of fit-out specialists and take effective control of all aspects of FF & E to provide a finishes schedule to meet the client’s budget whilst providing sustainable quality;

NBRC will co-ordinate all services including but not limited to:-

• Electrical
• Air Conditioning
• Lighting (both general and accent)
• Smart energy control systems
• Hydraulics
• Structural and
• Noise attenuation consultancy.

NBRC will conduct PCG meetings throughout the works, appropriate programming and update cost analysis throughout the works;

NBRC will have fortnightly client liaison meetings to keep the client fully informed throughout the various stages of the development;

NBRC facilitate the procurement of all the specialised equipment required for the venue including:

• Bowling Lanes;
• Amusement (Arcade) games;
• Major attractions

and will also commission the installation of same.

NBRC can be retained to provide full project management services or alternatively selective services that satisfy the specific needs of each individual client.
